CRM Database Project Assistance Opportunity at GCRI
The German Center for Research and Innovation is seeking CRM database project assistance for approximately 20 hours per week, flexible hours, for 6 weeks. The project requires updating and confirming GCRI constituent contact information, researching optimal usage of the CRM system, and advising on best practices for constituent data management. Internship Opportunity at GCRI
The German Center for Research and Innovation seeks a media and operations intern for a minimum of six months. This position requires a commitment of 38.5 hours per week; additional evening and weekend hours may be necessary. Compensation for this internship is $750 per month. Internship Opportunity at American Friends of Alexander von Humboldt Foundation
The American Friends of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation seeks a summer intern to assist the office staff in promotions, fundraising, and program development. The summer intern will closely support the American Friends staff in keeping the database up-to-date, developing the American Friends online presence (website, social media, and blog platform), and conducting background research to support the development of programs and activities related to global science, science policy, and transatlantic relations. EURAXESS – Germany for Researchers
EURAXESS Germany, the national coordination point at the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, is an information source and port of call for internationally mobile researchers wishing to work in Germany or other European countries.
EURAXESS Germany manages the web portal www.euraxess.de whose centerpiece is a comprehensive funding database. The portal also provides information on everything from residence legislation and social security to job offers. Live assistance is available from staff at a help desk. The EURAXESS map of Germany can be used to find contacts at the EURAXESS Services Centers at universities and research institutions.
"EURAXESS - Researchers in Motion" is a key initiative in enhancing careers of researchers. This pan-European initiative brings together the European Commission and 35 countries to provide a wealth of information on research careers across Europe, personalized assistance to researchers moving to another European country or returning to Europe as well as information on rights and obligations of researchers and research organizations.
