Internship Opportunity at GCRI

The German Center for Research and Innovation is accepting applications for a media and operations intern for 38.5 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months. The next available internship start date is October 1, 2013. Compensation for this internship is $750 per month. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. For more information, click here.

EURAXESS – Germany for Researchers

EURAXESS Germany, the national coordination point at the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, is an information source and port of call for internationally mobile researchers wishing to work in Germany or other European countries.
EURAXESS Germany manages the web portal www.euraxess.de whose centerpiece is a comprehensive funding database. The portal also provides information on everything from residence legislation and social security to job offers. Live assistance is available from staff at a help desk. The EURAXESS map of Germany can be used to find contacts at the EURAXESS Services Centers at universities and research institutions.
"EURAXESS - Researchers in Motion" is a key initiative in enhancing careers of researchers. This pan-European initiative brings together the European Commission and 35 countries to provide a wealth of information on research careers across Europe, personalized assistance to researchers moving to another European country or returning to Europe as well as information on rights and obligations of researchers and research organizations.
